Not too bad. I take two tablets with food every morning, and I think it's helping. Joint pain, in conjunction with Doctor's Best, Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM, is nearly all gone. After knee surgery at 17, I've been able to run miles for the first time since. There are slight burps, and the flavour is mild, though not pleasant.

A well-balanced Omega supplement. I purchased this for joint pain and inflammation. Using this alongside Botsweila has seemingly reduced the aches. I appreciate the benefit from all three important fish oils in the optimum balance. The taste is neutral, the capsules are large, but I had no trouble swallowing them.
